weekly thought- In this novel, a new teacher named Umbridge is giving Harry a hard time. This year, im having the same problem as Harry. In my middle school, there is a teacher that is gave me a hard time. Though i didn't learn from this teacher alot, i tried to hang on. Back then I learned by myself and i did not relied on this teacher to teach me. Sometimes i was so fustrated, i wanted to scream. However, i learned i have to be calm. Because i didn't learn alot from this teacher, i realized i must do it myself.

weekly summary- Harry has a hard time in hogwarts.
weekly thought- School is a major part in the Harry Potter Series. Hogwarts is a place where they can learn spells, potions etc. Without Hogwarts, many wizards and witches would not be able to learn all of these. Like in the real world, school is a great place to get an education. Without it, the students are not able to survive in the world. With the knowledge we obtain from school, we can use it to our advantage. For example, you can get a good paying job. Many bosses would like to hire people that are well educated. Thats why i need to do my best in school. In my opinion, educational determines how we live our life.

weekly summary: Harry and friends go back to Hogwarts.
weekly thought: People who read the Harry Potter Series know Slytherin and Gryffindor hate each other very much. These two houses had been duking it out since the first harry potter book. To me, the rivalry between them reflects the cold war. Like Slytherin and Gryffindor, the U.S and U.S.S.R hated each other. Both wants to be better than the other one and this caused them go up against each other (did not fight each other in war). To show who's better, the U.S and U.S.S.R would show their superiority in technology such as who can build the better nuclear weapon? However, Slytherin and Gryffindor show their strength by playing Quidditch. In the end, the hatred between the U.S and U.S.S.R diminished. I hope the rivalry between the two houses will end someday.

weekly thought: Harry is a strong boy because his friends are by his side. Without them, i don't know what will happen to him. I don't think he can go up against voldemort. His friends is like his back bone. They support him. Friendship is very important to a person life. My friend are very important to me. They stand by me all the times. When i have a problem, i feel comfortable to tell them how i feel. They are like family to me. if they are gone, i don't know what i will do.
