Burning Bright_blog 3

Fahrenheit 451 by Bradbury
pg 110-178
( because the novel ends on pg 178, i will finish reading the remaining pgs for the week today)
In part 3, Montag was being hunted by the government. In the end, he survived, and he soon came back to the ruin society to lend what help he could.
As the novel ended we, the readers can see the practice of censorship is extremely bad to a society. Readers can see a connection to the novel, Anthem written by Ayn Rand. In this novel, it coincides with Fahrenheit 451 as both protagonists lived in a society that practiced censorship and both novel depicts how the protagonist struggles in the world/society. Though Fahrenheit 451 is shorter than Anthem, they both demonstrate how a world/society with censorships are dystopias. Bradbury and Ayn Rand both show us in their novel that censorship can lead to the destruction of a society.
